DocuViewer Overview
Users can easily engage with PDF & PowerPoint reports via the DocuViewer.
DocuViewer allows users to easily engage with report content uploaded as either
- Powerpoint
There is a range of tools that can help users navigate, search, and engage with the content.
🔔Note: The DocuViewer is only available for sites that have Showcase Page enabled.

Reading content in DocuViewer
Once the content has been imported into your site and published, users can view the content via the DocuViewer tool by either selecting 'Start Reading' or by selecting a slide from the left-hand navigator menu.

Within the DocuViewer use the menu option highlighted below to collapse the left-hand menu and veiw the report in full screen.

Filters in DocuViewer
Filters can be applied via the left-hand navigator menu to refine the search down to the following content slides before reading content via the DocuViewer:
These filters will appear once a search term has been entered.
- Figures
- Tables
Select the tables or figures filter to narrow down the search.

Selected filters will be highlighted as shown below.

Searching in DocuViewer
In the DocuViewer, users can use the search bar to highlight the searched words within the report.

Interactive Links
External and internal links embedded in PDF & PPT reports will open in a separate tab.

Attachments
Any attachments can be downloaded using the menu icon highlighted below.

Scrollable pages & Page Selector
Users can scroll through the pages in both the left-hand preview menu and via the main content view.

Users can also use the page number selection tool to scroll through the pages highlighted below.


Zoom & Fit to Page Options
Users can use the magnifier or the dropdown menu highlighted below to zoom in and enhance their reading experience.
Preset options are available to show the reports in:
- Actual Size
- Page Fit
- Page Width

Mobile View
The DocuViewer has been optimised to allow users to view content via mobile devices.

Download Options
Users have several download options available in the top header.

See the icon actions below:
- Download the whole report.

- Download the current "numbered" page of the report.

- Download figures to Excel.

Add Page to Clippings
Users can add the current page to their clipping library.

Additional Tools
Use the additional tools menu for the following actions:


Navigate to the first page of the report.
Navigate to the last page of the report.
Rotate the report by 90%.

Change report view to Single or Dual Page.
