Showcase: Popular Content

This section highlights the most viewed and trending reports to boost engagement. You can choose to show only licensed content or include locked reports to encourage upgrades.

The Popular Content section is a powerful tool to showcase the most viewed and trending reports to your subscribers. It drives engagement by highlighting research that resonates with your audience and encourages exploration beyond their current licenses.

The Popular Content section highlights the most viewed and trending reports on your platform, helping users quickly find research that’s resonating with others.

This section increases engagement by promoting widely read insights and can also be used to display reports outside a user’s current licenses to encourage upgrades and exploration.

How It Works

The Popular content section displays a card layout of reports that are receiving the most user activity, based on platform analytics (e.g. daily views).

This section surfaces the most popular content within a user’s license based on activity and demand. It can be configured to show popular content only within the user’s licensed categories, or it can include content outside their current license to encourage upgrades and cross-category discovery.

This versatility creates more opportunities for users to explore content both within and beyond their subscriptions.

Popular content is displayed using a card layout with optional metadata. The content updates dynamically to reflect trending and widely accessed reports, helping subscribers stay informed.

Administrators can tailor this section by enabling metadata fields to enrich the content display:

  • Publish Date – Highlights how recent the popular content is
  • Analyst Names – Shows contributors to emphasize expertise
  • Report Descriptions – Provides a brief overview to attract attention

Like all sections, the Popular content section features a customizable title. You can name it “Most Popular,” “Trending,” or another title that fits your brand.

Unlicensed reports are highlighted with a 'Request access' option shown below.

This encourages content discovery and prompts users to contact their account manager, turning interest into upgrade and upsell opportunities, all from within the platform.

The Popular Content section helps subscribers stay updated with trending research and encourages continued engagement.

By surfacing the most viewed reports, either within or beyond a user’s license, it supports content discovery and can drive interest in additional subscriptions. With flexible display options and dynamic updates, this section makes it easier for users to find what others are reading and explore high-impact content.
