This section aims to promote the products and services available and help subscribers understand what they have access to. The Products and Services section will display for all users regardless of licensing.
What the Products and Services section does
The Products and Services section highlights the key categories and services available across your platform to your subscribers.
This section is tied to the subscriber's category licenses, the categories promoted in the section, and whether those categories contain content.
Each category will be presented as the category showcase cover image with optional metadata available, which can be set in the admin section.
Optional Metadata includes:
- Recently published date
- Number of analysts
- Number of reports
How the Products and Services Section Works
Administrators can choose to promote any number of categories.
The available categories they can choose from are categories that have child or subcategories.
As the example below shows, the 'Featured' category is an option as it is a top-level category; however, the sub-categories Articles, Reports, and Data are not available to select.
These subcategories will be automatically promoted since the top-level category 'Featured' has been selected.

Licensing
Only category-wide licenses affect how the slide padlocks behave in this section.
A padlock will appear if the subscriber does not have a license for a particular category, as shown here for 'Videos'.
In the example below, the user has category-wide license to the Articles, Reports, and Data categories, so these are shown without padlocks.
The Products and Services section helps users understand the full range of offerings available on your platform. It displays relevant categories based on the user's license and highlights additional areas they may be interested in. This section is useful for giving subscribers a broader view of what’s available and encouraging exploration of other content or services
