To do this, you should:
1. Head to the Accounts section of the admin interface.
2. Select the account the user is in.
3. Click the Users tab and select a user.
4. On the right-hand side, click Related actions > Email password reset code.
5. A pop-up will appear asking if you are sure. Click OK.
6. The user will be emailed a password reset code and will then be asked to complete the following steps:
- Answer their security question (if they have set one).
- Enter a new password.
- Confirm the password.
- Enter a verification code which will be sent to the registered email address.
The Email will look similar to the example below.
This email contents can be configured by via the 'Reset Password with link' template.
