Send Users a Password Reset Code

Follow these steps to help a user to retrieve their password.

To do this, you should:

1. Head to the Accounts section of the admin interface.

2. Select the account the user is in. 

3. Click the Users tab and select a user.

4. On the right-hand side, click Related actions > Email password reset code.

5. A popup will appear asking if you are sure. Click OK.

6. The user will be emailed a password reset code and will then be asked to complete the following steps:

  • Answer their security question (if they have set one).
  • Enter a new password.
  • Confirm the password.
  • Enter a verification code which will be sent to the registered email address.
