# Viewing Stats for an Account or User

## It's possible to view and export stats for client accounts and individual users.

**Read this article to understand how to:**

- Gain insight into users' report access and marketing page access to capitalise on sales opportunities.
- Extract data for weekly sales meetings quickly and easily.
- Proactively offer users personalised content through a greater understanding of their needs.

Admin users can view statistics on site usage by individual users or multiple users within an account and compare performances of different Account Managers or across the platform as a whole.

### Account/User stats

To view stats for an account, follow the below instructions:

1\. Head to the **Admin area \> Account \> Select account \> Usage statistics.**

🔔 For users, it is the same apart from **Admin area \> Account \> Select account \> Select user** \> **Usage statistics.**

![usage stats 1](https://guide.contentcatalyst.com/hs-fs/hubfs/usage%20stats%201.png?width=688&height=415&name=usage%20stats%201.png)

2\. Here you can **Export 12 months of data to Excel** by clicking the blue button above the chart.

3\. The chart will be exported into Excel.

🚨 The stats only **log report access once per user per day**. So, if a user accesses a report multiple times in one day, it will only be classed as one entry.

### Chargeback data

You can also view **[Chargeback data](https://guide.contentcatalyst.com/resources/hc/en-gb/articles/215174223-viewing-your-chargeback-code-data?hsLang=en)** for an account or user.

1\. Follow step 1 as above and scroll down to the bottom.

2\. Select your required dates and click **Download.**
