Discover the range of reports available in the Analysis section of the Content Catalyst platform
🔔 A range of reports can be found under the General tab within the Analytics section of your Admin area.
Below are details of the data each report returns. You have the option to export these results to Excel.
Account Managers - This report details all the accounts and which account manager they are assigned to.
Admin Permissions - This report details which users have admin access and what level of access they have.
Emails Sent - This report lists all the emails sent between a date range. This includes the date and time, recipient and message details.
Get Inactive Users - This report details inactive users. It will display the last time the user logged into the system. If the user has not logged in after the specified date, they are classed as inactive.
List Accounts - This report details list all of the accounts on the system and lead users.
List Accounts And Users - This report lists all the accounts and users within that account.
List Active Licenses - This report lists all the active licenses.
List Admin Users - This report lists all the admin users and details their permission type.
List Attachments - This report lists all reports on the system that have an attachment
List Current Active Licenses Pivot - This report lists all the license ID's and if it is active or not - ready to be created in a Pivot table.
List DRM Config - This report details any user or account that has DRM restrictions configured.
List Licenses - This report lists all licenses created between a date range and which company/user they are assigned to. This includes inactive licenses.
ListLicenses Account - This report will list all of the licenses assigned to an account.
List Licenses All - This report lists all of the licenses for all accounts/users. This is not date specific.
List Licenses Pivot - This report is a pivoted view of the license list.
List Logins - This report lists all of the logins by users within a set time frame.
List Reports Created - This report lists all of the reports that have been created during a date range.
List Users - This report lists all of the users on the system and their profile details.
New Accounts Created - This report details when an account was created, date and time.
New Users Created -This report details all new users created between a date range.
Report Access By Report Code- This report allows you to report on report access for a specific report.
Reports in Categories - This report will list all of the reports on the system and which category they are assigned too. It will also display if the category is visible or hidden.
Reports in Categories Pivot - This report is a pivoted version of the Reports in Categories report.
Searches Performed - This report will show all searches performed between a date range.
Total Download Summary - This report will display the total download made per month
TotalExtracts - This report will display the total extracts made per month.
Total Login Summary - This report will display the total number of logins per month
Total Marketing Page Access - This report will display the total number of marketing page accesses per month.
Total Report Access - This report will display the total number of report accesses per month
Total Reports Created - This report will display the total number of new reports created per month.
Total Reports On System - This report will display the total number of reports on the system per month.
Total Searches Performed - This report will display the total number of searches carried out per month.
Users Not Logged In - This report will display the users who have never logged into the platform
Users with Custom Reports - This report will display the users who have Custom Reports, and how many.
Users with items currently in their clippings - This report lists the users who have clippings and how many items.
