Enabling/Disabling Chargeback Codes for an Account
Understand how to enable or disable chargeback codes at an account level
Enabling/disabling chargeback code
1. To enable or disable the chargeback code feature for an account first go to the Accounts section of the Admin interface.
2. Select the account you would like to alter this setting for.

3. Select the Preferences tab.

4. Under the ‘Misc’ heading click the icon corresponding to Can track product content usage.

You can then tick/untick this checkbox to enable/disable chargeback codes respectively.
