Showcase: List Content

This section lists all reports available under chosen categories, supporting report-level & category wide licensing.

This section highlights all reports under the selected category. It showcases both licensed and unlicensed reports.  The section automatically updates with newly published content.  
 
The List Content section is repeatable, allowing you to display multiple List Content sections on your Showcase page with variations in how they are configured. 

How The List Categories Section Works 

This section shows the most recently published reports to which the subscriber is licensed.   

  • It displays a card for each piece of content or report available under the selected category.  
  • It pulls content from categories that have been selected, showing both unlicensed content and licensed content. 
  • Content updates automatically as new reports are published in the selected categories. 
  • Unlicensed content is displayed with a padlock.  

Customisation Options 

Customise the title, categories, displayed metadata, and card layout for each List Content section. 

Title 

Customise the title in the 'title' box. This title will appear at the top of the card. 

Choose Categories 

Choose the categories that will inform which content will populate this section. Both unlicensed and licensed content will be displayed in this section.  

Metadata 

Each piece of content is shown as a card, with the option to enhance these cards using the following optional metadata: 

  • Show covers - choose whether to display the showcase cover or not. 
  • Description – Adds a summary or teaser of the report’s content. 
  • Published Date – Shows how recent the content is. 
  • Analysts – Highlight contributors for credibility. 

These options can be toggled using checkboxes in the admin view.

Card Layout 

You can configure the number of rows and columns that users can view. Choose from 2, 3, and 4 columns, and rows shown per section. 

You can choose how many columns and rows are visible in the layout: 

  • 2, 3, or 4 column formats 
  • Set the number of rows to control how many rows of content appear in this section 

🔔Note: Administrators can use the “Advertisement” section for targeted individual reports.  Use the dropdown menu to select the subscription categories to promote.

Summary 

The List Content section provides subscribers with quick, direct access to all reports under a selected category — boosting visibility, engagement, and the value of their subscription. 

  • Display the most recently published content that the user is licensed to access, helping subscribers discover fresh, relevant insights. 
  • Content updates automatically based on user entitlements, ensuring a personalised and up-to-date experience. 
  • Optional metadata like publish date, analyst names, and report count can be shown to add context and drive engagement.
