Report Marketing Information
How to add report marketing Information to your report.
Marketing Information Fields
1. Head to the Admin area > Content > Reports and select your required report.
2. In the Summary panel, click the pen icon to edit. From here, you will be able to edit the fields below:

Set the buy-it-now link preference here.
There is the option to inherit from global settings.

Price
- The report price is used purely to generate site statistics
- Users only ever see the 'Price label'
Price Label

- The price label is visible to users on the report marketing pages - it can contain any information, not just a simple price
- Common uses are to add the price value in multiple currencies, or to add 'contact us for further information'
Brochure
1. In this section, you can enter a URL where your brochure is hosted or upload a file.
2. Once added, it appears on the right-hand side of the report marketing page (displayed when a user doesn’t have a license to a report), as shown below.

Marketing description
This is shown in addition to the report description on the marketing landing pages. It supports basic HTML (inline styling and images). It displays in a panel on the right-hand side as shown below:

Marketing ToC Link
It allows you to provide an alternative Table of Contents page or file, perhaps containing more detail, that might be hosted elsewhere.
This appears on the right hand side of the report marketing page (displayed when a user doesn’t have a license to a report), as shown below.
