Export Template Customisation & Branding

Global/Account/User Level Export Templates

Understand how to set export templates on different user levels

Read this article to understand how to:

  • Create a concierge, branded experience for high-paying clients
  • Personalise the look and feel of export templates

When the site allows users to download content in Word, Excel or PowerPoint, export templates are used. For example, a user may select a single chart and export it to PowerPoint. The PowerPoint file created by the site will pull branding from a template.

Templates can be set up as site-wide, account or user-specific. Export templates for specific accounts or users are useful if you want to add your client's own branding on the templates they will use to export.
