Password Security Policy

These password guidelines are set to ensure that passwords meet minimum requirements for account security.

  • Passwords should be a minimum of 10 characters in length. 

  • Passwords should be a mixture of upper and lower alphanumerical characters. 

  • Passwords should contain at least one special character.

  • Password must not contain your username, email address, job title, phone number, or full name from your user profile.

Check Password Is Breached Option:

If requested, an additional setting can be made available to ensure that passwords identified in a data breach are not accepted.
