Search Alert Triggers

Search alerts can be a great way for your users to subscribe to relevant topics and stay on top of changes to reports.

Search Alerts

 

Search alerts are triggered to send when:

  • A completely new matching report has been added.
  • A new matching attachment has been added.
  • Report content has been edited.
  • The order of attachments has changed.
  • External report settings have changed.
  • New analysts have been assigned to a matching report.
  • Report metadata has been updated.
  • An attachment name has changed.
  • An attachment preview option has changed (e.g. if a PDF attachment had the option to view it in the PDF and SlideViewer, and now it doesn’t).
  • New search keywords have been added to a report.
  • News report content has changed, or new news items have been added. 

🔔 The search alert email lists any new reports that match the saved search and lists updated reports separately, allowing users to quickly see what’s new in the topic they have subscribed to.
