The **Account Manager Details** section provides subscribers with a direct point of contact by displaying the profile picture and contact details of their assigned account manager. This section helps build stronger client relationships by making support more accessible and personalised. ### How It Works This section can be added in the admin area to display the account manager's user profile picture and contact details.  The profile picture is taken directly from the account manager's user profile picture, which can be accessed via 'Edit Profile'. See below:  ![](https://guide.contentcatalyst.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-30-2025-03-28-17-0429-PM.png?width=222&height=220&name=image-png-Jun-30-2025-03-28-17-0429-PM.png) Upload a picture to change the profile picture. ![](https://guide.contentcatalyst.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-30-2025-03-25-20-8839-PM.png?width=401&height=250&name=image-png-Jun-30-2025-03-25-20-8839-PM.png) If the profile exists, this will be displayed as below:  ![](https://guide.contentcatalyst.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-30-2025-03-37-56-5524-PM.png?width=688&height=129&name=image-png-Jun-30-2025-03-37-56-5524-PM.png) **🔔Note**: If the account manager field is unused, this section will display the site's sales contact details. ### Assigning an Account Manager:  You can create an account manager and assign it to their account. This is useful as it provides users within this account with a point of contact.  Head to the admin area and go to **Accounts** \> **Account Managers ** You will be presented with a list of all your current account managers. **🔔See also**: [Create an Account Manager](https://guide.contentcatalyst.com/hc/en-gb/articles/212092006-create-an-account-manager?hsLang=en)     -
