Showcase: Account Manager

This section allows admins to promote and connect the subscriber to their account manager. This section will populate based on the account manager assigned to an account.

The Account Manager section provides subscribers with a direct point of contact by displaying the profile picture and contact details of their assigned account manager. This section helps build stronger client relationships by making support more accessible and personalised.

How It Works

This section can be added in the admin area to display the account manager's user profile picture and contact details. 

The profile picture is taken directly from the account manager's user profile picture, which can be accessed via 'Edit Profile'. See below: 

Upload New Picture to change the prole picture.

If the profile exists, this will be displayed as below: 

Assigning an Account Manager: 

You can create an account manager and assign it to their account. This is useful as it provides users within this account with a point of contact. 

Head to the admin area and go to Accounts > Account Managers 

You will be presented with a list of all your current account managers.
