Why Reports with a Chapter-Level License Sometimes Appear as Unlicensed Reports

Have you assigned a chapter level license yet a report is still showing as unlicensed?

If you have assigned a chapter level license yet a report is still showing as unlicensed, you will need to check that the report is within the display category you have given a license to.

Check the Display Category

There are 2 ways to check if a report is contained within a display category.

1. You can open the display category and search for the report

2. Go to the Admin area > Content > Show More > Display Categories.

3. Hover over the Display Category and select View Reports from the drop-down list.

2. You can locate the report within Admin > Reports and see which display categories it is assigned to within the information section.

🔔 If the report is not within the category you have licensed, you will need to add it.

Adding a Report to a Display Category

1. Head to the Admin area and click Content > Reports > The required Report.

2. Click Edit in the Display Categories section.

3. You will then need to select the relevant category and click Apply changes.
