You can create special offers for certain accounts or users which appear on the home page and within the marketing page of a report.

Add and View Special Offers
1. Go to the Accounts section of the admin interface and select an account.
2. Select Add/View special offers from the Related Actions menu on the right.
🔔 This will list all the offers that currently exist on the system. You are also able to delete offers on this screen.
Add a new offer
1. Head to the Add/view special offers page.
2. Click Add new.
3. Click the Start date field and select a date from the calendar.
4. Click the End date field and select a date from the calendar.
5. Enter the text you’d like to display for your advert (including offer details) to the Description field.
6. Select whether you’d like the offer to apply to a specific report or all reports.
7. Select whether you’d like the offer to apply to your current account selection or all accounts.
8. Click Continue.
8b. If you selected the Specific report option, select the report you’d like the offer to apply to from the list that appears, using the search function and filters as required, then click Submit.
Special offers based on customer activity
1. Another route to setting up a special offer is via the Analysis section of the admin area. Select the Sales leads tab to see which report marketing pages your customers have been looking at. You can filter this data by Account Manager or recent activity.
2. Click the + icon to expand the information. It will show the user. Click the $ icon to the right of the page, Set special offer. It will take you to the Add a new offer page, simply follow the steps detailed above.
🔔 When the user logs in, they can see what special offers are available to them on the homepage via the Special Offers tab.
