Grouping Reports Using 'Report List Grouping'
Report List Grouping can be used to group associated reports on search results pages
Report List Grouping
A Report List Grouping can be used to group associated reports on search results pages. This can be useful to ensure a series of reports appear in the same place within a list of products. The grouping will remain until a filter or key word search is applied, that doesn't apply to the whole group.
A Report List Grouping also makes it easy for users to navigate between related content from a report landing page. It can be found at the bottom of the page:
Adding a report list grouping
1. To create a report link go to the Content section in the Admin features menu and select Linked Reports.
2. Select Add New Link.
3. Give the link a name and select Report List Grouping.
4. Here you can select which reports you wish to be included in the grouping. You can filter by category or by title. Click Apply Filters.
5. Select each report by clicking the checkbox.
6. Click Continue.
