2-Factor Authentication

This option requires users to log-in using a code sent to their email address along with the usual credentials (username and password). This authentication setting can be turned on or off by request only. Only users accessing the site from permitted IP addresses will receive the email containing this code.

To set this up, you will need to provide a list of the IP addresses that you would like to have access to your site.

More information about 2FA can be found here

🔔 Note, enabling 2FA prevents the use of the API

Password Age

Your site allows you to set how frequently a user needs to change their password on the site.  This setting is a preference called “Maximum user password age”. Details on changing preferences can be found here.

There is also the option to set a one-off password expiry or prompt a user to change their password at log-in. More details about this can be found here

Trusted Domains

Your site allows you to restrict which email domains can be used to access the site at an account level. More information on how to do this can be found here.

ReCAPTCHA

It is possible to enable a reCAPTCHA widget on your site. This will stop bots from registering onto your site. You can find out how to set this up here
