AWS S3 provides a Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 99.9% uptime per month and a durability guarantee of 99.999999999%. Content will be stored using random names, allowing multiple files with the same file name to be uploaded. This naming convention also reduces the frequency of caching issues, particularly when deleting and uploading files with the same names. To improve the download speed of attachments and images, content will be provided by AWS’ global Content Delivery Network; CloudFront. This change will enforce HTTPS connections, use a separate domain and improve page loading times across the platform. 🚨 **All content accessed through the CDN will require a secure token that is automatically obtained through your website (i.e. authentication via the platform), which will last for 12 hours.** If you have any further questions relating to these changes, please feel free to contact us.   -
