Advanced Report Marketing Fields
How to add advanced marketing fields to your report.
Advanced Marketing Fields
1. Head to the Admin area > Content > Reports and select your required report.
2. In the Summary panel, click the pen icon to edit. From here, you will be able to edit the fields below:
Marketing description
This is shown in addition to the report description on the marketing landing pages. It supports basic HTML (inline styling and images). It displays in a panel on the right hand side as below:
Brochure
1. In this section, you can enter a URL where your brochure is hosted or upload a file.
2. Once added, it appears on the right hand side of the report marketing page (displayed when a user doesn’t have a license to a report), as shown below.
Marketing ToC Link
It allows you to provide an alternative Table of Contents page or file, perhaps containing more detail, that might be hosted elsewhere.

Autosuggest Keyword phrases
This can be populated with a comma separated list of words that are associated with the report.
These words are not shown to the user, however, if they do a search containing one of the words then the report will be returned to the list of search results. It is possible to increase the effect that these have on the relevance of a report through changing the search weightings.
