Personalised Content Notifications – Topic groupings

Creating topic groups allows your end users to further customize their personal notifications.

To create a topic group, navigate to Admin > Site administration > Content notification

Within Content Notification, click on Add new topic group

When creating a topic group, assure that you select the relevant topics, if already created.

If not, you can save the changes, create a new topic (from the content notifications screen), select the relevant topic group(s), and save. When creating a topic, ensure to change the Topic Status to ‘Enabled’

You will also have to ensure Personal notifications are enabled on the relevant Account. To do so, open Admin and navigate to Accounts > Select the relevant account > Content notifications > Toggle on Personal notifications.

Once your end-users will be able to select the relevant group(s) from their notification settings as per the below illustration.
