Add an External Report License
Use this guide to create an External Report License
1. Go to the Accounts section of the admin interface and select an account.
2. Select the Licenses tab.
3. Click External Report License from the Add License list, under Single Title License.
4. Select the report you wish to add the license for, using the search and/or filters if required.
5. Click Continue.
6. Select tick boxes for the user(s) you’d like the license to apply to.
🔔 Note: By default, this selects all users within the account. If you wish to select specific users, bear this in mind.
7. Set restrictions for the license including: start and end dates and external report credentials.
8. Click Add License.
