Viewing Your Chargeback Code Data

It is easy to keep track of your chargeback codes and export the data

Viewing chargeback code data

1. To view the data, hover over My Profile at the top right side of the screen and click Chargebacks.

2. Select the period of time that you would like chargeback data from and click Download.

3. This will then download an excel spreadsheet containing all your chargeback code data.

Viewing chargeback code data for an account (Lead Users Only) 

If you are the lead user for an account, following the above instructions will allow you to download the chargeback code data for all account users rather than just your own.
