The Unlicensed Categories section is a powerful upsell and engagement tool. It introduces users to areas they don’t yet subscribe to, showcasing valuable content and sparking curiosity.
This section is best used when assigning category-level licenses. It also helps users discover what else is available in your offering, prompts meaningful engagement with content outside of their current license, and offers users the option to expand their subscription.
🔔Note: If you mainly use report-level licensing, see also the “Unlicensed Reports” section.
