User: Preferences:
Client administrators can make several preferences, specifically for the selected user.
See some of the key preferences below:
Advanced:
- Can impersonate other users: When the Single-sign-on API is enabled, this allows non-client admins to impersonate other users via a link generated through the APIs.
Download Options:
- Download only experience: When true, the user will only be able to search and download content. This preference overrides "Prevent Full Download preference".
- Enabled report export file types: Limits the generated file types the user can download from the report content or search. This does not affect attachments, print copies or uploaded as a main deliverable file, and does not prevent download of the file inside of PDF or Slide Viewer.
- Prevent Full Download: When enabled, users will not be able to download full report files. Users will still be able to view full reports online and add content (sections, chapters, tables and charts) to clippings to download.
User: Personal Library
Custom reports generated by the user's clippings can be viewed here.
Once the user has saved a group of clippings, they will be added to a new custom report.
They will then appear under the 'Personal library' Tab.
See below
User: Content Notifications
Admins can amend User Category interests and Email frequency for the personalised content notifications feature here.

This is a paid-for, optional feature that must be enabled for your site if it is not currently available.
